Apples in Stereo's "Energy" Sells Cars, Rocks the BBC

If you haven't noticed already, the Apples in Stereo song "Energy" has popped up on TV in a Saturn ad. I haven't seen it yet (don't watch TV much these days), but apparently it's an instrumental version. Writes reader Cody, "I knew the song would be picked up for a commercial sooner or later, but I actually expected BP or GE to pick it up." Me too! Although British Petroleum can fuel a Saturn, can't it? So our guess was close, Cody.

The song is also one of the choices on Steve Lamacq's Rebel Playlist this week on his show on BBC 6 Music. Vote here to make it the favorite track of the week.
