Jim McIntyre, of Von Hemmling and The Apples in Stereo, recently agreed to an interview with Optical Atlas about the early history of Elephant 6, the reasons for leaving the Apples, and the tangled history of his solo project, Von Hemmling. This makes a nice compliment to the "Liner Notes: Marbles" feature we ran last week, and provides further insight into the early Elephant 6 days at Robert and Jim's Pet Sounds Studio in Denver.
